Kayleigh Huelin Music
About
Kayleigh Huelin is a music arranger and composer living in Surrey, England.
Saxophones have always been my one, true musical love.
I have played since I was a child but never took this particularly seriously until I went to the Univeristy of St Andrews and won a saxophone scholarship. As part of this I took up a place in the University of St Andrews Saxophone Quartet with the other three scholarship holders.
Fairly early on we found that we couldn't find very many arrangements of popular music for saxophone quartets, and thought that maybe I could try my hand at making a few arrangements for the quartet. The rest, as they say, is history. St Andrews also boasted a saxophone ensemble, so soon enough I was arranging pop music for both the quartet and ensemble, and anything else that came my way.
Videos of the sax quartet and ensemble, including some performances of arrangements available to purchase here, are available on my YouTube channel.
Nowadays I have left university and joined the 'real world', but I still find time to write arrangements and new music for saxophone (and occasionally other) ensembles. I am always happy to hear from players, arrangers and other saxophone enthusiasts - especially to hear people playing my work.
